How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Heal My Space with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
When one of our employees connects energetically to you, your home or your business to do a remote clearing and healing. Eg we collect energetic readout to enable us to heal and clear toxic energy

How will we use your data?

Heal My Space collects your data so that we can:

Process your order and manage your account.
Email, video call or voice call you with feedback from a clearing and healing service we have just provided for you (upon your request), eg your feedback after healing you home, business or personal space.
Voice call or video call you to provide details of our services, in response to your requesting that information, eg by you booking a discovery call.
So that we can connect to you, your home or your business in the energetic realm to do a clearing and healing.
Email you with details of other products and services we think you might like.
Email, picture message or text message you to give periodical details that we believe will benefit you or that you may be interested in, eg newsletter

Heal My Space does not share your data, we may however refer you to another individial therapist or healer or a company, but only with you express permission. Eg usually we just direct you to them without passing on details.

How do we store your data?

Heal My Space securely stores your data in Ireland, using secure encryption methods.

Heal My Space will keep your personal, home and business details for 12 months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by using military grade deletion methods.

Third Party Hosting, Serving and Storage

Heal My Space may contract with a variety of third party suppliers/providers/vendors/social networks from time to time, to provide for our hosting, authentication, serving, storage and telecommunication needs, etc., including without limitation storage of our users personally identifiable information. Heal My Space shall not be responsible or liable, and hereby disclaims all responsibility and liability, for culpable (including without limitation negligent) acts or omissions by its third party suppliers/vendors.

Marketing

Heal My Space would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Heal My Space from contacting you for marketing purposes.
